The platform we needed didn't exist

We've managed IoT device fleets in manufacturing plants, cold-chain logistics networks, and clinical environments. Every time, we rebuilt the same infrastructure: device auth, telemetry pipelines, OTA update systems, alert engines, compliance reporting.
